Service Description
This appointment is ONLY for patients who have ordered a product from us and are coming to pick it up. Important Notes: You have the option to try on your product in-store or take it home to try on. If it has been less than 3 days since receiving your product and an exchange is needed, you can book an Exchange Appointment—no need to call. No exchanges or refunds are allowed after 3 days, meaning any exchange must occur within this period
Cancellation Policy
At Premier Mastectomy Vendors (PMV), we value both your time and ours. To ensure that every patient has access to the care and fittings they need, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy: Cancellations/Reschedules: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $25 late cancellation fee. No-Shows: Patients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee and may be required to prepay before scheduling future visits. Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive on time. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule so that we can respect the time of other clients. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen—please communicate with us as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you.
