Retter Thomas Bean, BSN, RN
Behind Premier Mastectomy Vendors. A breast cancer survivor of more than 25 years, she knows firsthand the challenges women face after mastectomy. Her experience as a patient and as a retired Registered Nurse with over 30 years of service shaped the vision for PMV and continues to guide our mission of compassionate, personalized care.
The proud mother of three daughters and grandmother to many, Retter now enjoys her time fishing, traveling, and tending to her garden. Her strength, resilience, and dedication to family remind us daily why PMV exists to ensure that no woman ever feels alone on her journey.
Founder, Inspiration & Survivor Advocate

Jasmine Graham, BSHA, LCFm
Licensed Mastectomy Fitter
Jasmine Graham serves as a Licensed Mastectomy Fitter and Director of Operations at the Veterans Wellness Center of Alabama (VWC). An Army veteran with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration, Jasmine combines clinical expertise with a deeply personal commitment to mastectomy and lymphedema care.
Her passion for this field is rooted in her family’s journey working alongside her mother and PMV Founder, Retter Thomas Bean. When Retter underwent a mastectomy in 1999, the services PMV now provides were not available. That experience fuels Jasmine’s mission to ensure women today receive the care her mother never had.
A wife and mother of four, Jasmine helps build a holistic wellness experience that honors their family’s legacy.
