This appointment is ONLY for patients who have ordered a product from us and are coming to pick it up. Important Notes: You have the option to try on your product in-store or take it home to try on. If it has been less than 3 days since receiving your product and an exchange is needed, you can book an Exchange Appointment—no need to call. No exchanges or refunds are allowed after 3 days, meaning any exchange must occur within this period
- In-Office Fitting
The Fitting (In-Person) Appointment is for patients who want a personalized fitting experience and thorough care. This appointment lasts approximately 45 minutes to ensure you receive the best possible fit and support. What to Expect: Arrive a 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork. Once completed, you will be escorted to our fitting area, where you will receive an overview of our new programs and services. You will then be professionally fitted for your breast care products to ensure optimal comfort and support. After your fitting, you will meet with the fitter in their office to discuss your personalized treatment plan and next steps. Our team is committed to making this process smooth, comfortable, and informative. We look forward to providing you with the care and support you deserve!
- Exchange Appointment
This appointment is only for patients who have received their ordered product from us within the last 3 days and need to exchange it for a different size, style, or fit. Important Notes: Exchanges are only allowed within 3 days of receiving your product. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 3 days.
- Virtual Fitting
Our Virtual Appointment is designed for women who already know their breast care product size, style, and color. This convenient session allows you to browse and select from a variety of styles offered by our trusted vendor, ABC. If additional options are needed, we can provide more styles via email for you to choose from.
